This is the job - Your main tasks
Active co-creation of future-proof tax services by participating in studies, projects and transformation initiatives in the fields of digitalisation, automation and process optimisation.
Leading or business analysing demanding projects and programmes in the tax environment, including stakeholder and supplier management, strategic conception as well as support in procurement and decision-making processes.
Advising our clients in analysing existing initiatives, evaluating options for action and developing viable solution strategies for complex technical and organisational issues.
Designing and managing innovative solutions at the interface of organisation, technology and processes as well as accompanying implementation in the client organisation.
Developing reliable decision bases, technical concepts and structured approaches for demanding projects in the tax and public sector environment.
Close collaboration with clients, project teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.
This job is for you if you
Have experience in leading or business analysing technically and organisationally demanding projects and have successfully structured complex initiatives.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Swiss tax system, especially regarding processes and roles, types of taxes, tax law basics and relevant IT systems.
Have a pronounced understanding of the interrelations at the interface of subject matter, processes and technology.
Combine strengths in structuring, coordinating and prioritising tasks and projects with a strong team orientation.
Hold a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, business informatics or alternatively in law or economics, accounting or tax; a tax law further education such as MAS, LL.M. or certified tax expert is an advantage.
Use German confidently and convincingly – also in communication with clients and decision-makers.
Have an analytical and structured working style, team spirit and willingness to travel within Switzerland as a matter of course.
As the icing on the cake you bring
Additional training or certifications in project or requirements management, for example HERMES Advanced, IPMA-C, CPRE, OCEB2 or SAFe.
Good French skills.
Experience in further developing public services or processes in regulated environments.
Enjoy tackling issues where technical precision, structured approach and viable implementation are equally required.
