Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an analytically minded and interested person in finance. In this role, you combine classic accounting tasks with evaluations, data analyses, and the further development of workflows. You take on a versatile range of tasks, work independently, and are an important support for the finance team as well as various internal specialist departments.

Responsibilities:

• You ensure the ongoing processing of financial data and ensure complete and accurate bookkeeping

• You take on various tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable and check the associated business transactions

• You handle payment processing and ensure that these are processed correctly and on time

• You regularly reconcile accounts and booking data and clarify discrepancies directly with the responsible departments

• You further develop existing reports and ensure that relevant information is presented clearly and meaningfully

• You use digital systems and data solutions efficiently and support their further development

• You participate in projects related to digitalisation, automation, and process improvements

• You take on additional tasks in the finance area and support the team flexibly as needed

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have further training in finance and accounting or are currently undergoing relevant further training

• You bring several years of experience in the finance sector and are familiar with the daily processes of accounting from practice

• You have a very good understanding of numbers and can quickly grasp financial contexts

• You work very confidently with Excel and enjoy preparing and analysing data

• You are digitally savvy and interested in using new systems and technical solutions sensibly

• You communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy working with different specialist departments

• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form
