For our dedicated team, we are looking for a person who enjoys taking responsibility, shaping things, and developing solutions together with their team. As Team Leader / Caseworker Society, you will lead a motivated team and manage diverse tasks at the interface of society, politics, and administration. We are looking for a person starting 1 March 2027 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You lead the caseworker team with four caseworkers and one commercial apprentice both professionally and personally.
- Together with your team, you ensure the legally compliant and customer-oriented execution of nursing residual financing as well as various contribution regulations.
- You are responsible for implementing political mandates in the areas of prevention, health promotion, and voluntary work.
- You work operationally, support other area teams with your team, and ensure the smooth running of the area secretariat.
- You develop processes and workflows further and promote a learning, solution-oriented, and agile work culture.
- You maintain collaboration with other administrative areas, institutions, and stakeholders.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent education, preferably supplemented by further training in public administration, leadership, or law
- Several years of professional experience in public administration as well as in a leadership role
- Good knowledge of public law basics, experience with administrative procedures and enforcement of legal provisions, enjoyment of complex issues, and the ability to implement legal requirements clearly and practically
- Interest in modern working methods and enthusiasm for actively shaping the further development of processes, services, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills, high social competence, and an appreciative leadership style
- Very good written and spoken German, foreign language skills are an advantage
