What you can achieve
- Carrying out inspections, repairs as well as maintenance / service work on complex HVACSE systems and on site and building technical facilities
- Ensuring and optimising the operational readiness of technical systems and infrastructure (including switching operations in the low-voltage / high-voltage network)
- Coordination, support and follow-up of periodic inspections as well as handling of resulting defects
- Execution of electrical installations, conversions and technical adjustments to buildings and systems
- Organisation, supervision and quality control of external service providers and specialist companies
- Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, plans and system data in the CAFM system
- Participation in on-call duty to ensure trouble-free operation

- Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ
- Practical experience in an industrial environment or in technical building management
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a strong service orientation
- Good IT skills (CAFM systems, Office packages) and interest in computer-based processes

- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Driving licence category B
