• Supporting the ward management in planning, organisational, and leadership tasks
• Co-responsibility for achieving the performance targets on the 40-bed ward
• Active participation in shaping nursing quality as well as sustainable implementation and further development of LeanHospital
• Member of the ward management committee in the spirit of Shared Governance
• Active involvement in direct nursing care as well as shaping a respectful and professional team culture
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group, focusing on implementing holistic and patient-centred care

Competencies and potential

• Basic qualification: Diploma as a nursing specialist (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Preferably: Professional experience in an acute care setting with a focus on internal medicine
• Highly desirable: Enthusiasm for taking on leadership tasks and advancing with a positive attitude
• Also: Empathy as well as enjoyment of organisation, communication, and active participation
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
