For our specialised professional team, we are looking for a motivated

Nurse HF/FH specialising in Dementia or Palliative Care (40 - 80%)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for nursing quality: You are responsible for the qualified and resource-oriented care and advice of our clients as well as their relatives. Your goal is to ensure holistic and empathetic care and support.
• Leadership and management of the nursing process: You accompany the entire nursing process, conduct needs assessments and roundtable discussions, and ensure that the quality of care remains consistently high.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You coordinate close cooperation with other professionals and ensure that relatives and external services are optimally involved.
• Shaping nursing processes: Your experience and ideas are sought to further develop nursing processes and continuously improve our care.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Nurse HF/FH, ideally with further education in Dementia and/or Palliative Care or willingness to pursue further training in these areas
• High level of professional and social competence as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Flexibility and empathy: You handle physical and psychological stress with composure.
• Driving licence category B available
