Apprenticeship as Customer Dialogue Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)

With us, you will gain insight into all our areas of activity and, with our support and your commitment, contribute to the success of our tech start-up during the 3-year training. In addition to attending the compulsory vocational school and inter-company courses, you will be able to take on the following tasks with us: 

• Receiving, processing and forwarding enquiries via telephone and ticketing system
• Telephone advice 
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction 
• Documenting enquiries and solutions in the QA database
• Co-designing, developing and transforming the Customer Care department
• Collecting customer feedback and processing it into new product requirements
• General support of customers within the framework of support services

What you bring with you: 

A good secondary school leaving certificate (Sek B, average grade at least 4.5) is necessary for this training and your suitability for the apprenticeship has ideally already been confirmed by the Multicheck or similar. 

You are a positive and communicative personality and stand out for your high reliability. You have an excellent command of the German language and are enthusiastic about foreign languages, especially French. You have a strong willingness to learn and are motivated to tackle different tasks and carry them out independently. You have a pronounced team spirit and enjoy going above and beyond.
