Support of the production operation with around 90 employees in Stansstad
Independent management of personnel administration
Personnel acquisition, selection, and recruitment
Personnel support and guidance including absence management and social insurance
Managing entries and exits
Preparation of employment contracts and work certificates
Contact person for employees
Professional advice and support on HR-related questions
Further development of HR processes
Implementation of projects
Supervision of a trainee
Regularly one working day at the headquarters in Rickenbach LU
Completed commercial apprenticeship
Further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
Several years of experience in a similar position
Fluent German skills
Abacus knowledge is an advantage
High social competence and discreet personality
Precise, structured, and independent working style
Flexible, resilient, team player
