To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated, service-oriented, and independent individual starting 1 February 2027.

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the technical and infrastructural management of the properties assigned to you and make an important contribution to the preservation of the value of our real estate.

• Carrying out periodic maintenance and repair work
• Monitoring, operating, and proper maintenance of technical building systems
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising repair work in rental apartments
• Accompanying and supervising external craft, maintenance, and service companies
• Managing tools, machines, and consumables
• First point of contact for tenants regarding technical and operational concerns
• Ensuring a well-maintained and representative appearance of the properties
• Performing minor repair and maintenance work

Your profile

You enjoy working independently, keep an overview even in demanding situations, and impress with your strong service orientation and professional demeanour.

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma
• Further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate
• Professional experience in technical building maintenance
• Ideally knowledge in HVACSE (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Sanitation, and Electrical)
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds
• High degree of independence, reliability, and initiative
• Good organisational skills and ability to think holistically
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good user skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Driving licence category B
