Care Worker SRK (Dementia Centre Foundation Rickenbach LU)

The Dementia Centre Foundation is an institution for people with dementia. Our services include holiday, day, and long-term care places. We particularly develop needs-oriented and innovative concepts for young people with dementia and support those affected as well as their relatives in all stages of the illness. The mission statement forms the basis for living together in the Dementia Centre.

These activities will inspire you

• You ensure basic care and support for our residents together with the team
• You accompany and care for people with dementia with empathy and professionalism
• You support our residents in organising their daily lives and promote their independence
• You observe changes and actively contribute your observations to the care team
• You ensure a respectful and appreciative approach to the diverse needs of our residents

Your profile

• Completed SRK care assistant course or comparable training
• At least 2 years of experience in the care and support of people with dementia
• Commitment, empathy, patience, and reliability
• Independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
• Flexibility and resilience
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Very good German language skills and good IT skills
