Quality Assurance Representative

Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) is a Global Business Area of METTLER TOLEDO. Our employees develop, produce, and market highly precise instruments to enable our customers to achieve the greatest possible benefit in their demanding application areas. At our global, operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking to strengthen our team in the Quality Management area within Research and Development (R&D) with a communicative person as Quality Assurance Representative 80-100% (all genders). The goal of this position is to continuously and measurably improve the quality of products (SW & physical products/instruments), the quality of processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across various management levels. In this role, you will undertake the following activities: You initiate preventive and corrective measures based on thorough root cause analyses and ensure improvements within Research & Development through continuous monitoring. You evaluate and implement preventive statistical quality methods to sustainably increase product quality. You consistently apply the PLM framework and anchor it as an integral part of the quality and management system. You derive quality and reliability objectives from requirements and specifically integrate them into products and development processes. You actively participate in test management – especially in the design and implementation of verification and validation.
