An icon among Swiss hotels: The story of the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne began in 1873 – a story that still impresses and touches today. What to expect

• 3 years of training in a leading luxury destination resort with the completion of a federal certificate of competence EFZ
• Comprehensive training in upscale hospitality with in-depth insights into the departments of housekeeping, laundry, front office, floristry, logistics, and service
• Performing tasks according to the hotel standards of 5-star hospitality
• Block instruction in spring and autumn
• Exciting development opportunities during and after the training

• Completed secondary school
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends
