Caregiver Housing 50% (Increased Independence Segment)
Do you want to support people with disabilities in shaping their lives independently and with the highest quality of life? Then we have something for you! For our four small residential groups in the increased independence segment, we are looking for an employee by arrangement
Tasks
The tasks are as diverse as our residents. All tasks, assignments, and services are planned, defined, and carried out together with them.
- You plan and accompany the development of the residents, design daily routines that promote independence
- You maintain trusting relationships, also with reference persons, conduct conversations, and support in crisis situations
- You organize events, coordinate appointments, and sometimes take on transport duties
- You document development processes, administer medication, and handle administrative tasks
Requirements
- Certified caregiver EFZ, social pedagogue (HF/FH), curative educator, or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with disabilities
- You conduct conversations confidently, actively address conflicts, organize structurally, and gladly take on responsibility
