To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Technician (m/f/d) for the Region Sargans/Chur/Prättigau.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on our dishwashing systems at customers’ premises
• Commissioning and instructing customers in the operation of our devices
• Analysing and resolving technical faults
• Advising customers on our products and services
• Ensuring high customer service and long-term customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, ideally as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable field
• Experience in technical customer service or a similar position is an advantage
• Good knowledge of electronics and mechanics
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Driving licence category B
