Facility Services Manager: Cleaning 100%- Overall responsibility for several client mandates in the cleaning sector
- Leadership, development and coaching of the facility manager, team leaders and employees (approx. 60 people)
- Ensuring high-quality and economical service delivery
- Budget responsibility and ongoing management of financial key figures
- Maintenance and further development of existing client relationships
- Preparation of offers, calculations and additional services
- Planning, coordination and supervision of internal and external resources
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and compliance requirements
- Identification and implementation of optimisation and efficiency measures
- Close collaboration with clients, partners and internal interfaces
- Completed vocational training as well as business or specialised further education
- Several years of experience in facility management, property management or a comparable role
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Experience in budget responsibility and client management
- High service and client orientation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
