- Support of HR Business Partners in the administrative handling of all HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, etc.
- Advising supervisors and employees on all personnel matters
- Creation and publication of job advertisements, processing incoming applications, and conducting initial screenings
- Preparation of references and various confirmations
- Organization and planning of fairs (BAM, Career Day, etc.)
- Absence management
You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as an HR assistant and have 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position. You enjoy administrative tasks and approach people openly. You are IT-savvy and enjoy working with various tools that support us in everyday HR work. For our HR team in the Mittelland region, which works at four locations, we are looking for a winning, service-oriented, and approachable colleague with an independent, precise, and punctual working style. We also greatly appreciate a touch of humor in everyday work :-)
