Your mission
- Setting up, loading and operating machines: You set up our CNC cylindrical grinding machines for rod lenses (TMS – THZ50SA) in pre-processing, load them properly and operate them safely to ensure precise machining of the optical components.
- 100% inspection of manufactured workpieces: Using a micrometer caliper, measuring microscope and magnifying glass, you check each component and ensure that all dimensions and quality requirements are precisely met.
- Cleaning, maintaining and inspecting equipment, machines and tools for processing the rod lenses: You carry out regular cleaning and maintenance tasks according to specifications to keep machines and work equipment in optimal condition and ensure smooth operation.
- Adhering to process and work steps: You work according to standardised guidelines and ensure consistent implementation of our quality standards.
- Working with modern machines, measuring instruments and devices: By using contemporary technologies and structured processes, you achieve consistently high quality.
- Contributing to improvement processes: Through your experience and attention to detail, you actively bring forward suggestions for process optimisation, efficiency enhancement and quality improvement.
