Project Manager Network Construction (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner supplies
public authorities within Switzerland with water, electricity, natural gas, heat and
telecommunications. The partner is headquartered in Central Switzerland and
employs 200 staff.
Responsibilities:
- You take overall project management (client representation) in the areas of energy generation, site supply and network infrastructure
- You are responsible for meeting project objectives regarding cost, schedule, quality and safety in all project phases
- You lead interdisciplinary project organisations (matrix), consisting of internal sub-project managers, external planners and contractors
- You conduct professional contract negotiations with customers, authorities, planning companies, landowners, suppliers and internal departments
- You actively contribute to the professionalisation of project management and the optimisation of project processes
- You prepare status reports and decision-making bases for management and the board of directors to ensure transparency and well-founded decisions
Qualifications:
- You have a technical basic education with an engineering degree in a technical discipline, preferably electrical engineering
- You have several years of experience in managing infrastructure or energy projects, preferably at an energy supply company
- You have experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with external partners
- You demonstrate high initiative as well as team and customer orientation
- You are willing and flexible to familiarise yourself with various topics
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
