Your responsibilities

• Writing product or system development code
• Defining design and architecture, leading design reviews with colleagues and stakeholders to decide between available technologies
• Reviewing code developed by other developers and providing feedback to ensure best practices
• Contributing to existing documentation and adjusting content based on product/program updates
• Leading a software team and distributing workload among team members/subcontractors

Your profile

• Software engineer / software developer (ETH / FH)
• At least 7 years of experience
• Experience with software development in two or more programming languages
• Experience with SOA / microservices architectures
• Experience with data structures and algorithms
• Experience with full-stack development, both back-end such as Python or C#, and front-end
• Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent
• Initial experience with deployment on Linux servers
• Experience with web app architecture and system integration
• Experience with agile processes such as Scrum and collaboration tools like Git, Jira, etc. is an advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Leadership qualities
• Curious and quick learner
• Languages: English and German
