Project Developer 80-100%

Your tasks – versatile and responsible

• You develop and accompany new construction and renovation projects in residential construction with a focus on the planning phase up to and including legally binding building permits (projects for own portfolio or for clients).
• You develop strategies and utilisation concepts, carry out profitability calculations for properties, and identify opportunities and risks.
• You ensure project execution that is on time, within budget, and of high quality.
• You advise and represent the interests of the clients in construction projects in a committed and competent manner.
• You prepare reports for owners (own projects or third-party mandates).
• You represent the interests of the client vis-à-vis planners, contractors, and authorities.
• You participate in the acquisition of land and prepare investment proposals.

Your profile – competent and communicative

• You have a university of applied sciences/university degree in architecture.
• Further training in real estate management is an advantage.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and realisation of residential buildings.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You are interested in continuously developing yourself and the company.
• You are customer-oriented, communicative, and a team player.
• You convince through an independent, solution-oriented working style as well as a confident appearance.
