To strengthen our team, we are looking from January 2027 or by arrangement for a
- You independently manage childcare at Bürgenstock and create an exciting programme for our little guests from all over the world
- You organise and plan activities individually according to the wishes of parents and children
- Advise and inform about our Kids Club services and offers
- Care for and entertain children and young people
- Handle and document guest care
- Prepare and assist with the weekly varied programme
- Clean and tidy the premises and actively assist in the Alpine Spa
You have completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ or have at least 3-4 years of experience as a childcare worker in day-care centres or similar institutions. On weekends and public holidays, you entertain the children in the Kids Club just as you do on all weekdays and are flexible in meeting the wishes of our little guests and their parents. A high level of responsibility, interest in music and dance, as well as German, English and possibly other language skills, qualify you for this exciting position, as does the joy of working with children.
