Your tasks
- Responsibility for the training of FaGe and nursing HF/FH within the organisation
- Overall coordination of training from selection to completion
- Central contact person for education topics internally and externally
- Professional and personnel management of the nursing education department
- Development of innovations to ensure high training quality in practice
- Continuous further development of training concepts
- Professional and vocational pedagogical support for those responsible for training, trainers and practical instructors
- Responsible for positioning the training and networking with internal and external stakeholders
- Building and maintaining cooperations
- Transparent and constructive collaboration with nursing management
Your profile
- Training and experience as a nursing specialist HF or FH in psychiatry
- Diploma in adult education, MAS A&PE, educational management or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in vocational education and sound knowledge of the Swiss health and education system
- Enjoyment in working with trainees/students and training staff
- Strong conceptual, organisational and planning skills
- Experience in the development and implementation of educational and development projects
- Convincing communication and networking skills
- Assertiveness, decisiveness and resilience
- Enjoyment in actively shaping change and innovation
