• Ensuring all secretarial and reception duties
• Welcoming customers and guests and professionally operating the telephone switchboard
• Administrative tasks in the area of resident administration
• Taking minutes at meetings
• Responsibility for key management
• Managing the petty cash
• Participating in projects and events

• Completed commercial basic training as well as professional experience in a similar role
• Confident handling of IT systems and common MS Office products
• Quick comprehension as well as a reliable and efficient working style
• Warm team player, open communication and initiative
• Enjoyment in contact with elderly people and their relatives
