You will
- actively support the responsible Executive Board member in implementing the value proposition in the Customer Services and Products segment
- manage cross-channel market development for the Private Customers Retail segment and promote sustainable growth through targeted campaigns and sales processes
- act as an interface between sales and internal partners (product management, marketing, IT) and independently lead projects
- ensure effective controlling based on relevant KPIs and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations
- further develop sales processes for the segment, define the advisory process and create tools for sales management
- contribute to the training and certification of our customer advisors in the area of investment and pension
You bring
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in digitally supported sales management at a financial services provider
- ideally 3 to 5 years of professional experience in customer consulting
- a completed advanced technical college or a degree at university of applied sciences or university level
- strong analytical and conceptual skills and a strong goal- and result-orientation
- a resilient, down-to-earth personality with high self-motivation and strong communication skills
- fluent and very good written French skills (advanced technical discussions and business correspondence possible)
- enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and the willingness to build segment-specific knowledge
