The Operations and Experimental Garden Unit Birmensdorf (BEBI) is responsible for technical and infrastructural building management and is seeking, due to retirement, from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement an experienced and reliable person for the administration area as
You will support the international staff in the purchasing process with your SAP knowledge, be responsible for managing the key and access system, prepare periodic internal accounts and assist the unit, including its management, in administrative matters.
You have completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification and have proven professional experience in the tasks mentioned above. In addition, you possess good SAP and very good MS Office skills with a strong IT affinity. Furthermore, you communicate effortlessly in German and English, additional languages are an advantage, and you appreciate working independently, efficiently and accurately. Networked thinking, a high level of discretion and a winning manner further convince us.
