inAut GmbH supports neurodivergent individuals (autism spectrum, ADHD) on behalf of the IV and other referring agencies in finding and maintaining training or employment positions in the private sector. We combine social thinking with economic action.

What to expect with us
Your working day is as diverse as the people you support. You coach individually, engage in exchange with employers and specialist agencies, and seek solutions together with those involved that work in everyday training and work life.
- You accompany and coach our clients individually in the Zurich region and support them with their questions
- You conduct initial, clarification and status meetings as well as regular coaching sessions, keeping goals and next steps in view
- You actively approach companies and acquire suitable work and placement positions in the private sector – by phone, in writing and in person
- You advise employers and support them in creating good conditions for the integration of neurodivergent employees
- You work closely with IV offices, social authorities, employers, schools, specialist agencies and relatives, ensuring reliable communication between all parties
- You document coaching processes carefully and prepare meaningful reports
What you bring with you
What you bring professionally is just as important to us as the way you engage with people, take responsibility and organise your working day. For this role, the following requirements are important to us:
- A completed degree in social work, (occupational) psychology, social or special education
- At least two years of professional experience in one of the above-mentioned fields; preferably in coaching and/or working with neurodivergent individuals
- Enjoyment in individually supporting people as well as collaborating with different stakeholders
- A respectful attitude and the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
- Strong communication and advisory skills as well as a confident manner with clients, employers, authorities, professionals and relatives
- A structured, independent and forward-looking working style and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
- Initiative, flexibility and a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Zurich region; driving licence category B and own vehicle are advantageous
- Excellent German skills; good English and/or French skills are a plus
