The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.For our Institute of Radiology, we are looking for a Chief Physician Secretary Radiology starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Management and organization of the secretariat of the chief physician / institute management
- Personnel management of the scheduling department
- Co-design and further development of administrative and organizational processes in the institute
- Support in internal projects for process optimization and digitization
- Collaboration in image transfers as well as in the Radiology Information System (RIS) including management and maintenance of patient data, documents, and findings as well as service recording
Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare. Further training as a chief physician secretary or practice manager is desirable
- Professional experience in a hospital environment, ideally in radiology
- Organizational talent with an independent, efficient, and goal-oriented working style and a high sense of responsibility
- Interest in deeply familiarizing yourself with digital systems (RIS, PACS) and actively contributing to the further development of internal processes
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
