(Junior) Project Management Building Contaminants 80-100%

Your main tasks include:

● systematic recording of contaminant occurrences (asbestos, PCB/CP, PAHs, PFAS etc.) in industrial, residential and public properties by sampling the affected building materials

● preparation of comprehensive reports with proposals for the remediation of the property

● support in the planning and execution of building contaminant remediation

● conducting measurements to verify successful remediation

You bring with you:

● a completed scientific or construction-related degree or a comparable education with knowledge of construction

● initial experience or knowledge in the field of building contaminants 

● project management experience, assertiveness and high resilience

● an independent as well as team-oriented working style 

● very good German skills (French skills are an advantage)

● proficient use of MS Office including Copilot

● an open-minded, flexible and humorous personality
