Do you want to apply your nursing expertise specifically at weekends and decide for yourself which weekends you work? In our flex pool, you take on exclusively early shifts at weekends. You plan your assignments flexibly within the agreed 40–50% workload and according to your personal situation.
Your tasks
• You independently care for and support our clients in their homes.
• You take on assignments exclusively in the early shift at weekends.
• You carry out nursing and medical-technical measures professionally.
• You observe changes in health status and initiate necessary steps.
• You ensure complete nursing documentation and reliable information flow.
Your profile
• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Professional experience as a qualified nursing specialist, ideally in outpatient care
• Independent, responsible and structured way of working
• High social competence and enjoyment in supporting people in their homes
• Confident use of digital work tools and driving licence category B
