About the job
We have a variety of important professions that require specialised knowledge. That is why we rely on people who want to reorient and develop their careers, for example after parental leave. This is what to expect during the retraining:
- The retraining takes place over 14 weeks full-time (39 hours/week) and consists of theoretical and practical teaching sections
- Throughout the entire retraining, you will have fixed contacts available for your questions
- You will complete the retraining with a theoretical and practical examination
- The training classes consist of about 10 participants
After the retraining, you will take on the following tasks:
- You actively advise and support our customers on and in the train
- You provide timetable and fare information and give details about connecting services and irregularities
- Ticket inspection and sales are your responsibility
- You are responsible for order and safety on the train
- With high service quality, you increase the satisfaction of our customers
- Collaboration with colleagues, such as train drivers, service staff or security personnel, is part of your daily routine
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service, for example in gastronomy, hospitality, sales or retail, as well as from activities as a flight attendant or in the security sector
- You enjoy dealing with people and have a strong customer and service orientation
- You have acquired good conflict and communication skills in your professional life
- Your written and spoken German skills are very good (at least B2 level)
- The planned, irregular shift work as well as weekend and public holiday work do not bother you
- A valid driving licence class B is an advantage to be punctual at work even outside public transport times
