Your responsibilities

Building relationships with customers and fulfilling demanding customer requests in sales conversations
Analyzing customer needs and presenting solutions
Presenting trends and products, designing customer events and sales promotions, and creating experiential worlds
Receiving and processing repairs, returns, and complaints
Recognizing current developments and trends in retail and integrating them into daily work
Carrying out tasks in operational and inventory management processes using our IT systems
Communicating across various channels
Working in different teams

Your profile

You enjoy approaching people, even those you don't know yet, and your charming personality helps you persuade others
Many could learn something from your sense of trends
You have completed secondary education (school with extended requirements) and have good grades
You can communicate in a foreign language
You are willing to work on Saturdays and in the evenings
