To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of Department Head of Nursing, Deputy Head of Nursing & Care. Responsibilities

• Professional and personnel management of a nursing department
• Deputising for the Head of Nursing & Care
• Ensuring high-quality nursing and care
• Promotion and development of staff
• Planning and coordination of nursing processes
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors and external partners
• Participation in the further development of concepts and standards

Qualifications

• Completed training in nursing (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• High social competence and communication skills
• Organisational talent and assertiveness
• Good IT skills (MS Office, electronic nursing documentation)
• Enjoyment of working with older people
