You appreciate independent work and approach people in psychological crises with calm, understanding and professionalism? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

You will take on

• You care for and accompany our patients during the night.
• You promote a calm and safe ward atmosphere and support with sleep problems, fears and emotional burdens.
• You recognise changes in the psychological and physical condition and initiate appropriate measures.
• You act calmly in crises and emergencies and involve the responsible specialists if necessary.
• You carry out medically prescribed measures and document your observations and nursing services.
• You ensure the flow of information between night and day shifts through structured handovers.

You bring with you

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent diploma recognised in Switzerland.
• Ideally experience in psychiatric nursing and night shifts.
• Interest in supporting people with depression.
• An independent, responsible and reliable way of working.
• Empathy, clear communication and a professional approach to closeness and distance.
• The ability to act calmly and thoughtfully even in challenging situations.
• Willingness to collaborate with the interprofessional team.
