Technical Support Engineer
When it comes to demanding questions about our gas sensor solutions, you are the technical contact person for our customers and sales partners. From the initial analysis to the successful solution, you accompany support cases and ensure that our customers can rely on us at all times.
What you achieve

- Together with Sales, Product Management, Quality, Repair and R&D, you ensure smooth information flow
- You independently carry out product tests, data analyses and technical clarifications

- Your customer feedback flows directly into the further development of our products
What you bring
Thanks to your technical understanding, you analyse and solve complex issues independently and in a structured manner. Knowledge in sensor technology, measurement technology or industrial applications is an advantage. You convince with customer orientation, communication skills and a hands-on mentality. Cross-departmental collaboration suits you, you move confidently in an international environment, and you see worldwide travel as an enrichment. Negotiation-level English skills complete your profile. You have a completed degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in engineering sciences, physics, chemistry, microsystems technology, measurement technology, process engineering or a comparable field. In addition, you bring experience in technical support, application engineering or a comparable function with direct customer contact. Knowledge in sensor technology, measurement technology or industrial applications as well as negotiation-level English skills complete your profile.
