The Humanushaus, a member of the Camphill movement, offers 96 people with support needs a place for individual, development-promoting life design with a diverse cultural programme, based on the anthroposophical view of humanity. In 12 residential groups with different characters and in various buildings, people with support needs live, partly in individual studios, in small shared flats and larger communal living forms.

The Paracelsushaus-2 residential group and the small shared flat called Neue WeGe are two living forms that operate independently yet benefit from each other in their support and can grow together. A team of 8 people supports 11 persons with support needs.

Neue WeGe: We care for/accompany people twice a week in the planning and organisation of their individual daily lives, support their independence, and expand their skills both in practical life abilities and in living together in their community.

Paracelsushaus-2 residential group: The feeling of belonging and security is paramount. The people require more support. Here too, the community spirit is central; diversity and different skills and needs shape everyday life.

We are looking for, starting 31 January 2027: a Social Pedagogue or Care Specialist 70%

We expect from you: - Experience and interest in supporting people with support needs - Joy in co-creating the living environment of the residents - Flexibility (working in both residential groups) - Understanding of a holistic view of humanity - Commitment and enthusiasm for team development, interest in taking responsibility within the team - Willingness for self-reflection, humour and openness

Your area of responsibility in Neue WeGe (main task): - Relationship-oriented support in everyday residential group life - Co-creating a lively, interested and cheerful shared flat - Taking on 2 key worker roles (Neue WeGe) and interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external agencies - Alternating support of 2 persons during morning residential support (each half day) - Conducting weekly individual support and planning discussions - Supporting and co-creating their leisure activities - Liaison between the two residential groups - Networking and contributing the topics of Neue WeGe to the entire residential community (team meetings, everyday life)

Your area of responsibility in the Paracelsushaus-2 residential group: - Professional and caring attitude in supporting people with support needs - Work schedule with irregular hours, weekly night duty and weekend shifts (regular weekly structure)
