Your Mission: Backoffice Services Clerk (80%, m/f/d)

What awaits you
- A key role in our dynamic 5-person backoffice team
- Responsibility for efficient hardware and software procurement
- Professional management of license administration including advising our customers and internal contacts on correct licensing
- Management of our contract administration including invoicing
- Close cooperation with our partners and the internal sales and technical departments
- Versatile insights and activities across the entire ICT spectrum, including Microsoft license management, conception of large project solutions, and handling complex service billing
What you bring with you
- Commercial training
- Initial experience in the ICT industry
- Communication talent and service orientation
- Independent, structured working style and a good grasp
- Interest in future-oriented working models and the associated digital tools and processes
- Very good German skills (English skills are an advantage)
