Facility Manager Cleaning 100% (a) 100- Support for two Facility Services Managers in developing and recording administrative and operational processes
- Staff management (introduction, training, deployment and holiday planning, recording of working hours and absences, reporting of personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.)
- Monitoring and control of quality assurance (ensuring process-oriented quality checks)
- Organisation and optimisation of workflows
- Support in operational deployment
- Direct contact person for customers on site in the cleaning sector
- Training and further education in the field of building cleaning
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Flexible and independent working style
- Organisational skills and systematic working method
- Driving licence category B
