Together with our client, an established company in the technical and industrial sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Financial and Accounting Specialist 70-80%. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will take over accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting and be responsible for payment transactions, dunning, and processing of open items
• Managing subsidiary ledgers and asset accounting as well as reconciling accounts with the general ledger
• You will actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and take on the preparation of VAT returns
• You support liquidity planning and prepare financial analyses

You offer your new employer:

• You have a solid education or further training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk or with a federal diploma
• You bring several years of practical experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a manufacturing company, as well as knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• You are confident in using ERP systems and Excel and enjoy simplifying existing processes and further developing them digitally
• An independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as initiative, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork characterise you
