As a unique and historic meeting place, we offer our services and facilities for business and private occasions. In addition to our offerings for external clients, we also conduct our own international conferences. We place great value on refined gastronomy and warm hospitality. Our 11 rooms, suitable for 3 to 310 people, are used for conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, banquets, or events. One-day operation and mostly free on weekends.
To strengthen our Event & Service team, we are looking for an
Assistant Manager F & B m/f/d (80-100%)
starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
The tasks include:
- Event management/guest care and responsibility for the smooth running of events (2 to 300 people)
- Leadership of the service area
- Co-responsibility for F & B purchasing and deputy for F & B management
- Responsible for preparatory work and operational organization of events
- Preparation and execution of service briefings (task distribution, information, etc.)
- Support, introduction, and training of employees
- Co-responsibility for efficient scheduling of service staff
- Control of catering rooms (cleanliness, furnishings, GDI standard)
- Optimization of work processes and independent development of improvement proposals
- Coordination with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office
We are looking for personalities who identify with the following criteria:
- Completed hotel management school or similar further education
- High quality and service orientation
- Ability to keep an eye on the big picture as well as the smallest detail
- Resilient team player with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in common Office tools
- Very good knowledge of German and English, any additional language is an advantage
