Job Description
This student position offers full-time employment during semester breaks and flexible scheduling during studies, averaging approximately three working days per week. It is an excellent opportunity for students who can commit to the role for a minimum of 18 months. The anticipated start date is mid-November 2025 or later.
Your main tasks in this role within the Private Markets Operations team include:

Extract and validate data from financial reports;

Maintain Private Equity-related data;
-
Ensure consistent data quality throughout the processes;

Identify and report data anomalies and inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders for clarification;

Process client inquiries;
-
Assist with projects and support process improvements or automation.
Requirements
-
Currently enrolled at a university, pursuing a degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or similar at Bachelor or Masters level;

Work experience in the financial industry and/or in process improvements would be an asset;

Excellent MS office skills, in particular in Excel;
-
Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; German would be an asset;

Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines;

Demonstrated interest and capability in working with data, including analyzing and interpreting information to support business decisions;
-
Pro-active, diligent and motivated team player.
