Introduction

For an established, independent consulting firm in the Zurich area, we are looking for a committed individual in the trust sector who wants to take on responsibility and develop professionally.

Type of Work

• In this position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of mandates and be an important contact person for your clients. You will be able to work increasingly independently and continuously expand your expertise
• Your varied responsibilities include managing financial and customer accounting
• Preparing monthly, interim, and annual financial statements
• Handling and managing payroll accounting
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparing or creating tax declarations for legal entities
• Direct communication with clients, authorities, social insurance institutions, and auditors
• Supporting various fiduciary questions and ongoing mandate work

• This is not about as many mandates as possible, but about good work, interesting clients, and sustainable development opportunities

Requirements Profile

• You have a commercial education and have already gained initial solid experience in the trust, accounting, or finance environment
• 2-4 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• A structured, precise, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a strong service orientation
• Team spirit, commitment, and willingness to take responsibility
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Interest in professional development, for example towards a professional certificate in trust and consulting
