What you can achieve
- You lead your team consisting of 3 Key Account Managers professionally, personally and organisationally and are responsible for the business with the Migros Group as well as the discounters in the Swiss retail market.
- You strengthen our market position and sustainably develop the categories further.
- You identify new growth opportunities and unlock additional market potentials.
- You bear the revenue and profit responsibility and ensure profitability in a price-sensitive environment.
- You build long-term customer relationships, develop them further and profitably leverage your network in the food and retail industry.
- You strategically, conceptually and with regard to individual strengths further develop your sales team for the Migros Group and the discounters.
- You initiate and implement innovation and development projects together with relevant internal and external partners.
What you bring with you
- You have a completed degree with a focus on sales or marketing.
- You have at least eight years of experience in key account management, ideally in the Swiss food and retail environment.
- You have demonstrated success in revenue and profit responsibility as well as in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- You have successfully led a team for several years and supported employees in their development.
- You think analytically and strategically, negotiate convincingly and build sustainable networks.
- You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility and impress with your high social competence.
