These are your tasks
- You check and bill outpatient and inpatient services correctly according to tariffs and process invoice rejections
- You support the application of TARDOC, outpatient flat rates and SwissDRG and check service data, insurance information as well as billing requirements
- You analyse invoice rejections, identify causes of errors and coordinate targeted improvement measures with the responsible departments
- You optimise billing processes, standardise checking routines and support the Business Engineer in process improvements as well as cross-departmental projects
This is what you bring
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with further education in business administration, process management or business engineering
- Professional experience in billing or revenue management, preferably in a hospital environment or healthcare sector
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP-R/3 experience is an advantage
- Resilient, flexible and independent personality who works precisely and autonomously
