An icon among Swiss hotels: The history of the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne began in 1873 – a story that continues to impress and touch to this day. High up on the Bürgenberg lies an oasis of relaxation and a place of first-class hospitality. Our resort is located on the Bürgenstock 500 meters above Lake Lucerne, with breathtaking views of the surrounding Central Switzerland. Near the city of Lucerne, our two 5-star hotels, the Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa and the Waldhotel by Bürgenstock, along with the Taverne 1879 (3*), invite guests from Switzerland and around the world to an exclusive stay in a unique atmosphere. What to expect

• 3 years of training in a leading luxury destination resort, including a federal certificate of proficiency EFZ
• Insights into the departments Front Office, Guest Service Center, Finance, F&B Administration, Marketing, and Human Resources (department changes every 6 months)
• Active participation in all teams - from taking reservations, checking invoices, to organizing events
• Weekly attendance at vocational school
• Exciting development and career opportunities during and after the training

Who you are

• Enjoy working with many people, foreign cultures, and languages in a large company
• Interest in administrative tasks with a flair for numbers and working on the computer
• Successfully completed secondary school at a higher level
• Reliability and independence
• Friendly and confident demeanor with very good manners
• Oral and written fluency in German and English
