These are your tasks

• Preparation and cooking of cold, hot and dessert dishes according to precisely specified recipes
• Plating dishes on the buffet
• Responsible, careful handling of food and work equipment
• Mise en place
• Proper storage of food in the various cold rooms
• Daily and weekly cleaning tasks according to the cleaning plan
• Daily exchange/feedback with supervisor
• Regular cleaning tasks (hygiene plan)
• Storage organisation
• Ensuring cleanliness and implementation of hygiene standards in the kitchen, cold stores and storage rooms

What we expect from you

• Training as a cook (or extensive experience in this field), at least 2-3 years of professional experience
• Independent working style
• Flexibility, productive, responsible, punctual
• Precise and efficient working method
• Passion for cooking
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, sufficient English skills

In this position, you have a lot of scope for action and personal responsibility and work in an exciting and dynamic environment. Although we are part of a global player, we live a pronounced "hands-on" mentality in our small team.
