Introduction

We are a small real estate company based in Wollerau SZ and are looking to complement our team with a property manager (80-100%).

About the job

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a property portfolio (rental and possibly condominium ownership)
• Organisation of property maintenance, coordination, commissioning and supervision of repairs and damage cases
• Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and caretakers
• Back office

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training, preferably with a federal specialist certificate in property management and/or professional experience in property management
• Good manners, negotiation skills and organisational talent
• Independent and responsible working style
• Good IT and accounting knowledge (including W&W ImmoTop2)
• Very good command of the German language as well as good English skills (spoken and written)
• Driving licence
