Your area of responsibility
- Supports smooth process from patient admission to discharge in the area of service quality
- Advising the patient on menu selection
- Taking meal orders (IT-supported processing of orders)
- Meal service
- Care of the inpatient infrastructure in the gastronomy area
- Responsible for beverage management for the patient
- Sale and billing of additional services
- Information point for the patient regarding "non-medical concerns"
- Other services in the area of service quality
Your skills
- Professional experience in hospitality/gastronomy
- IT skills
- Very good knowledge of German
- Foreign language skills (English, French, any additional language an advantage)
- Warmth & empathy
- Independence & a high awareness of quality
