The Ilgenmoos site is one of our three institutions. It offers residential places and day structure for adult clients on the outskirts of Effretikon. Available immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement.
Team Leader Residential Care
Your tasks include:
- Leading a residential group team for clients with a focus on the autism spectrum and sensory impairments
- Ensuring resource-oriented support for clients in their daily lives
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with other areas within the institution, with relatives, legal guardians, doctors and external offices
- Maintaining client documentation
- Workload: 80%
Your profile:
- Qualification as a social pedagogue HF/FH or specialist caregiver (FaBe) specialising in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
- Several years of leadership experience with leadership training or willingness to complete such training and professional experience in supporting and caring for people
- Observational skills and enjoyment in appreciative support of people
- Reliability, high resilience and balanced personality
- Willingness to work irregular hours
