FINA Financial Planning creates holistic and comprehensive independent financial plans for small businesses and
private households. In a personal, sustainable and transparent manner, we support our clients and advise them in all areas of their financial matters.
The opportunity
You work directly with our experts and support them in their tasks. Through personal coaching, you get to know the profession. Afterwards, you independently conduct your first own client appointments and at the same time you can benefit from the soft skills and professional know-how of our experienced consultants. In addition, you can actively participate in the
development of our services and help shape them. This gives you an optimal entry into the
working world and allows you to develop personally. As a Career Starter, you have the opportunity after 18 months to secure a
permanent position as a Consultant.

Skills and attributes for success
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university or university of applied sciences in the field of
economics, business administration or law
You are committed and motivated to become part of something big and to develop further within the team
You speak German without an accent and preferably have good English and/or French skills
