To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Housekeeping Coordinator (w/m/i) 100%
Your tasks include:
- Planning and assigning the daily tasks of the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring that all relevant departments such as reception and technical services are informed about important information in the housekeeping area.
- Monitoring and processing requests and requirements, including guest wishes and repairs, as well as forwarding them to the responsible employees.
- Maintaining and updating cleaning schedules, checklists, and duty rosters for structured organization.
- Controlling and ordering cleaning agents, bed linen, towels, and other materials to ensure availability.
- Checking inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for reorders.
- Documenting incidents, lost items, or other relevant events to ensure seamless traceability.
You have successfully completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ or housekeeper and bring at least two years of leadership experience from a similar role. You speak German and English, are service-oriented, and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You are used to working independently and can organize yourself and your employees well. You are absolutely reliable and enjoy working in a team. If you have also completed the vocational trainer course, this is an advantage. We expect a neat, friendly, and courteous appearance. Foreign languages are an additional plus in dealing with our employees and guests.
